Edit this page

A circle in a square: a tomato in a box. The logo comes in three versions, from the full government lockup down to the mark on its own.

The mark with TOMATO LABORATORIES set beneath it. The most formal version.

Draft: guidance for when to use the micro logo is still to be written.

On screen, the full logo can draw itself: the square and circle as single strokes, then the wordmark wiping in. It plays once, in 1.5 seconds. Timing and usage are on the Motion page.

Clear space

Keep other elements out of the space around the logo. The guide measures it with circles set against each side of the mark.

Draft: the diagram follows the guide by eye. The exact clear-space unit still needs a written measurement.

Experimental colorways

Secondary colors can carry the logo for special projects, editions and merchandise. Use them deliberately, never as the default.

Don’t

Recolor outside the palette

The logo appears only in the brand colors listed above.

Stretch, rotate or outline

Scale it proportionally and keep the stroke weights as drawn.

Retype the wordmark

Always use the supplied files; the lettering is drawn, not typed.

Place it on busy images

Use a flat brand color behind the logo, or a calm area of a photo with strong contrast.

Draft: these don'ts are standard logo rules added for completeness and still need sign-off.
